 19” cabinets for structural wiring with floor mounting
It is conceived to support the electronic and electric equipment designed for 19” system mounting. The 19” cabinet is made so that to satisfy to the various operating needs of the clients.
Material:
- Upper and lower cover – carbon steel plate, 1mm thick
- Side doors and walls – carbon steel plate, 1 mm thick
- 19” framework – zinc coated steel sheet, 2mm thick
- Transverse beams - zinc coated steel sheet, 1.5mm thick
- Optionally all the elements can be made of zinc coated steel sheet.
Finishing
- Upper and lower cover – painted, blue standard color RAL 5012
- Side doors and covers – painted, grey standard color RAL 7035
Protection standard
Component parts
- Vertical beams zinc hot plated steel sheet, provided with square holes, in 19” system, enabling the construction of cabinets in heights from 25 U to 47 U
- The basic plate (lower cover) is a combination of steel plate components; it allows the beams mounting and provides the cabinet ventilation
- The metallic framework is made of metallic, painted, vertical and horizontal profiles which makes up the cabinet framework
- The upper cover has a construction similar to that of the basic plate and has the same functions
- The punched beams are executed of zinc hot plated steel sheet and are fixed on the sides of the metallic framework in order to reinforce and sustain the wiring
- The doors are interchangeable and in the standard version the front door is made of glass and steel sheet and the rear one only of steel sheet, and the opening to the right or to the left is the option of the beneficiary during erection
- The side covers are similar to the doors; only the closing system is different; for covers fast closing parts were used
Constructive variants
The cabinet is available in two basic configurations:
- Opened framework type without side doors and walls
- Closed framework type with front door, solid or with transparent window (glass). The cabinet is provided with supporting legs (adjustable with thread) and on request it can be delivered with wheels (fixed or pivoting).
