The low voltage distribution board with removable drawers and fixed compartments DISMOD is an assembly of low voltage equipment, with a modular structure that represents the optimal solution in electric distribution, automations, motor control and protection, for all industrial applications, infrastructure, commercial and residential buildings.

General description

According to the specific application and/or according to clients’ request, the technical design may contain also complex solutions including automation operating units (A.A.R., center control, energetic data gathering etc) and/or electronically activated units (progressive starters, frequency converters, speed variator device for d.c. motors, special electric machine drives etc).

The boards are attested through (TTA) type tests according to the provisions of the European standard EN 60439-1. The tests were carried out in independent testing laboratories in Romania and Germany, in the most asked configurations, under most severe restrictions. In this way, it is guaranteed the good operation of electric boards produced, practically for any application. The tested electric equipment offers the guarantee for tested technical solutions, an optimal internal architecture of a continuous practical operation of the installation, in conditions of maximum safety as well as the possibility of carrying out later extensions with minimal modifications.

The special performances of the board are confirmed by successfully passing the resistance tests at a free arc action produced by an internal fault (according to EN 61641), both at IPH Berlin and ICMET Craiova.

Before delivery, each electric board is individually tested as follows:

  • Assembly examination including the cable wiring and electric operation
  • Dielectric test
  • Checking the protection measures and the continuity of the protection circuit

Additionally, a CTC inspector visually verifies the compliance between the final product and the manufacturing documentation, regarding the shape, dimensions and component parts, as well as their integrity. For the practical manufacturing of the electric boards, the company has a high quality metallic enclosure, entirely manufactured in its own production areas, with modern high productivity machines and technologies.

Functional and manufacturing conditions

Usually, the electric boards consist of column assemblies prepared for erection and connection of the electric equipments necessary to carry out in application and for later extensions or modifications. The metallic enclosure of each column is based on a metallic framework made of steel plate profiles punched on the entire length.
