The product is designed for protecting the various low voltage electric equipments against outdoor atmospheric factors, against mechanical factors and for protecting the personnel against electric shocks by direct touch.

Variants:
Depending on the erection location, the boxes are made in two variants
- Indoor – the box is made of steel sheet painted in electrostatic field with grey paint RAL 7035 (standard variant)
- Outdoor – the box is made of zinc coated steel sheet, painted in electrostatic field with grey paint RAL 7035 (standard variant)
In both variants, the counter panel (equipment support) is made of zinc coated steel sheet, unpainted, 2-2.5mm thick, for the standard variant or painted steel sheet, 3mm thick, painted with white paint RAL 9010
