ELECTROPLATING SERVICES
Electroalfa runs a state of the art electroplating line. The parts to be galvanized can have a maximum size of Length=2000 mm, Width=400 mm, Height=1000 mm and a minimum of 5x5 mm, for thickness of the layer between 3 and 20 microns. The line theoretical plating capacity is of 350.000 sqdm per month.
Our offer in the metallic plating consists of:
- metallic electroplating
- weak acid bright zinc plating for frame plating and inside cylinders
- weak acid bright nickel plating on ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- zinc layer finishing plated using:
- white-blue passivation
- lightly iridescent yellow passivation
The technology is environment friendly, both types of plating being performed within week acid electroplating baths.
Starting with the initial transport and ending with packaging and then dispatching, the technological operations are strictly controlled and the electroplating is completely automated. The metal layer thickness and the quality control are computer-assisted.
